Learn how to make this simple and easy to cook quick homemade gravy recipe! <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />- 1 & 1/2 cup Tomato Puree <br />- 1 cup boiled Green Peas <br />- 2 boiled and diced small Potatoes <br />- 1 tbsp Cream / Malai <br />- 1 small piece Ginger <br />- 2 cloves Garlic <br />- 1 Green Chilli <br />- 3/4 tsp Garam Masala <br />- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida <br />- 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder <br />- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />- Salt <br />- 1 chopped small Onion <br />- 1 tsp Sugar <br />- 1 tbsp Oil <br />- Coriander Leaves <br /><br />Method: <br />- Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, chilli in a mixer to make a smooth paste <br />- Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and once its starts crackling add asafoetida and onion paste. <br />- Saute the onion paste till its brown and add the tomato puree <br />- Mix it well and add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and cook it for about 7 - 8 mins till its almost dry <br />- Add water to the paste and mix it well by adding some cream/malai <br />- Add green peas, coriander leaves, boiled videos and mix it and cook it for a while. <br />- The dish is ready to be served hot with any Indian Flat Breads.
